A LITTLE CLARITY BEFORE WE START

Things
people ask.

Answers about websites, apps, and marketing, plus what happens from the first conversation to launch.

From first call to live Ask about your project
How much does a website cost?
Our one-page Starter website is $299. The Business package is $599 for up to five pages. Booking or Small Shop is $999 and includes one agreed booking integration or a small store. Hosting and ongoing care are optional and priced separately.
How much do I pay to get started?
We take a 50% deposit, with the rest due before launch. For the $599 Business package, that is $299.50 to start and $299.50 before launch.
Is there a monthly fee?
You can manage hosting yourself and pay no monthly service fee to Local to Launch. Supported-site hosting is $29/month. Website Care is $59/month and includes hosting plus up to 30 minutes of content changes each month. Domains, email, and paid platforms are separate.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once the build is fully paid, you own the agreed website deliverables. Your domain and service accounts should be in your name. We explain any third-party platform limitations before choosing a platform with you.
What do I need to provide?
Your business details, services, prices, logo if you have one, and usable photos or images. For a shop or booking setup, we also need the relevant product or service details and access to the platform you choose.
Can you write the content?
The Business and Booking or Small Shop packages include cleaning up and organizing copy based on information you supply. Extensive research, original copywriting, and ongoing content creation can be quoted separately.
Does the $999 package include both bookings and an online shop?
It includes one agreed booking integration or one small shop with up to ten simple products. If you need both or have more complex requirements, we will provide a separate quote.
Are booking apps, Shopify, email, and domain fees included?
Those provider costs are separate unless your written quote explicitly includes them. We identify the services you need and explain their costs before you commit.
Can I request changes?
Starter includes one revision round. Business and Booking or Small Shop include two. Extra features and changes outside the agreed scope are quoted before we do the work.
How much do apps and marketing plans cost?
Web apps, automations, mobile apps, and marketing plans use a custom quote. Pricing depends on the features, platforms, goals, channels, and deliverables. We agree the scope, price, and timing before work starts.
What if I only need a little help?
Quick Setup is $149 for one agreed task on a platform you already use, with your content ready and a scope of approximately two hours.
How long will my project take?
We confirm a realistic delivery date in your proposal after the scope, content readiness, and availability are known.
Can I edit the site myself?
A content editor is not automatically included. Tell us what you need to update before we quote so we can agree a suitable platform and explain any provider costs or export limits.
What counts as a revision round?
One consolidated list of feedback on the agreed design and content. Extra features or additional pages change the scope and need a separate quote before work starts.
